Yes folks….that’s snow…just now!!! Ahhh, springtime in the Rockies, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, more specifically. Question: What does one do on days like this? Answer: Take the dogs for a walk…after all, we have all the the right gear, laundry, clean the closet, nap, read a book, cook, write a blog post, meditate, practice yoga, all the while remembering that yesterday we were riding bikes, hiking, playing golf, jogging, gathering with friends on the deck of a local watering hole and wishing we had time to accomplish the things we are doing today! This is the epitome of spring in Steamboat Springs….and I love it!

The highlights were 13 sales for $9,366,729.29 in Steamboat real estate transactions including 6 single family home sales, 3 condo/townhome, and 4 lot/land sales with the significant Steamboat Springs real estate transaction being several rural parcels of agricultural lands that sold for $3,750,000.
