Last week was one of my most difficult….holding Dad’s hand and being with him until he drew his last breath. His lasting legacy is the fun he sought in everything..hard work, honesty and integrity, encouragement to me and others to be better than we were yesterday, and living the “Golden Rule”. What a man….what a life!
Today, the Steamboat Pilot reports $10,279,500 for 25 closed Steamboat real estate transactions last week. For the week of March 17 -23, that number was $2,937,700 for 11 closed Steamboat Springs real estate sales. For the 2 weeks combined, there were 13 single family sales, 14 condo/townhomes closed, 8 lot/land sales, and one commercial/industrial Steamboat Springs real estate transaction.
The Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors shows 169 Steamboat Springs area pending real estate transactions with total list price dollar volume of $94,817,310. The average pending sale list price is $561,049 and the median is $397,000. 10% of pending Steamboat real estate sales are pending with a list price over $1 million, 4% are between $999,999 and $800k, 15% are between $799k and $600,000, 21% are pending with a list price between $599,999 and $400,000, 14% are in the $300,000s and 37% are Steamboat real estate pending sales with a list price under $300,000. 33% of Steamboat pending real estate transactions are single family, 40% are condo/townhome, 12% are lot/land, 11% are commercial/industrial and 3% are fractional.
