As summer vacation, post graduation season begins, the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS shows 201 pending Steamboat Springs area real estate transactions. Steamboat Springs pending sales show list price dollar volume of $119,446,822 and the average pending sale list price at $588,407 with the median at $375,000. 12% are pending with a list price over $1 million, 4% are pending with a list price between $999,999 and $800k, 10% between $799,999 and $600,000, 18% between $599k and $400,000, 13% pending with a list price in the $300s, and 42% under $300,000.
Condo/townhomes continue with the highest percentage of pending sales activity at 41%, followed by single family at 34%, then lot/land at 15%, commercial/industrial pending sales in Steamboat Springs at 9%, and fractional sales at 1%.
