Steamboat Springs real estate sales showed 13 single family closed transactions, 21 condo/townhome, 11 lot/land, 3 commercial/industrial Steamboat area real estate sales, and 1 fractional sale.
The Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS reports today 214 area pending Steamboat Springs real estate sales, with list price dollar volume at $115,925,222. The average pending list price is $541,706 and the median continues to creep upward to $354,500. 12% are pending with a list price over $1 million, 4% are between $999,999 and $800k, 11% are listed between $799k and $600,000, 17% are pending between $599,999 and $400k, 14% are listed in the $300,000s, and 43% are pending Steamboat Springs real estate transactions listed below $300,000.
