Steamboat real estate sales from May 5-19, reported by the Steamboat Pilot newspaper, totaled $16, 481,851.67 in dollar volume for 48 closed sales. Of those, 15 were single family, 22 were condo/townhome, 6 lot/land closed Steamboat area real estate sales, 4 commercial/industrial, and 3 fractional sales (not included in unit volume).
The Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS show 202 Steamboat area pending sales today with total pending list price dollar volume of $108,962,201. The average pending sale list price is $539,416 and the median is $355,000. 13% of Steamboat Springs real estate is pending with a list price over $1 million, 4% are pending with a list price between $999,999 and $800,000, 10% are between $799,999 and $600k, 17% between $599,999 and $400k, 13% are pending with a list price in the $300,000s and 43% are pending below $300,000. Condo/townhomes comprise the most pending sales at 43%, single family is 32%, lot/land, 16%, commercial/industrial 7% of the total Steamboat Springs pending real estate sales, and fractional sales are 1%.
