About Anne

Moving to Steamboat Springs from Athens, Georgia, where I matriculated at the University of Georgia, was not a tough decision.  Steamboat was my final destination of a tour of the mountain communities of Colorado. Upon entering the Yampa Valley, I knew I had found what I didn’t know I was looking for.  Since 1978, I’ve called Steamboat home…and what an incredible place it is!

I have held an active real estate license since 1989 and began my association with Prudential Steamboat Realty and the Vanatta Group in 2007. Prior to joining the Prudential team, I drove for “Big Brown”.  In that time I grew to know every corner of Steamboat Springs and the surrounding areas. Because of the area knowledge gained and the work ethic required, I feel uniquely qualified to assist you in selling or acquiring property. Attention to detail and my ability to listen and attend to your needs are a few of the traits I wish to share with you.

We’ve changed….as of January 2, 2014!  Now under the Sotheby’s brand, which denotes excellence, we have evolved to Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty.  Call, text, email or come visit and find out why I’m thrilled to work for and with you and take your Steamboat Springs real estate experience, sales and service, to a new, unsurpassed level.

My enthusiasm for all things outdoors is evident in all seasons. Among my favorites, I enjoy golf, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, whitewater rafting and camping and flying with my husband, Rod. If you are thinking real estate in Steamboat Springs or the Yampa Valley, allow me to assist you in buying and/or selling your Steamboat lifestyle.  I live it daily…and love it!

The Yampa Valley is rumored to possess a curse compelling those who visit to return again and again. But, with all Steamboat Springs and the surrounding area have to offer, the curse is more of a blessing.
