(I’m certain there were more, just probably missed being recorded during this reporting period…..) 3 of the reported sales were closed condo/townhome Steamboat Springs real estate transactions and 1 was a commercial/industrial closed sale.
The Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors reports 94 Steamboat Springs area pending real estate sales with a list price dollar volume of $58,931,276. The average list price of pending sales is $626,928 and the median list price for Steamboat Springs pending real estate transactions is $312,000. To start the new year, there are 1431 actively listed Steamboat Springs area properties today, 708 of which are residential, 625 are land, and 98 are commercial/industrial. OF the 94 pending Steamboat Springs real estate transactions, 11% are pending for $1 million or over, 3% are pending with a list price between $999,999 and $800k, 13% are between $799,999 and $600,000, 15% are between $599,999 and $400k, 9% are pending with a list price in the $300,000s, and 50% are pending with a list price under $300,000. 28% of all pending Steamboat Springs real estate sales are single family, 39% are condo/townhome, 11% are lot/land, 20% are commercial/industrial, and 2% are Steamboat Springs pending fractional sales.
