The notable transaction this past week was the closing of 148.4 acres with the original ranch house, adjacent to Sidney Peak Ranch, for $3 million.
The Steamboat Springs BOR MLS reports 179 pending Steamboat Springs area transactions today with a listing dollar volume of $106,836,907, an average pending list price of $596,854 and the median of $399,000. 12% of pending Steamboat Springs real estate transactions are listed for over $1 million, 8% are pending between $999,999 and $800k, 10% are between $799k and $600,000, 20% are pending with a list price between $599,999 and $400,000, 11% are in the $300s and 40% are pending with a list price below $300,000. Of the Steamboat Springs pending real estate sales, 38% are single family, 36% are condo/townhome, 13% are lot/land, 11% are commercial/industrial, and 2% of Steamboat Springs real estate pending transactions are fractionals.
