For the real deal, try this one…..31 Steamboat Springs real estate transactions last week with a dollar volume of $19,891,580 as reported in the Steamboat Pilot on Sunday! 11 sales were single family homes, 14 were condo/townhomes, 4 were lot/land, and 2 were commercial/industrial Steamboat Springs real estate sales.
The Steamboat Springs Multiple Listing Service reported 167 Steamboat Springs area pending real estate transactions on Sunday with a list price dollar volume of $94,570,234, average pending list price of $566,288 and the median, $389,000. Of those 167 pending Steamboat Springs real estate transactions, 10% are pending with a list price over $1 million, 5% are pending between $999,999 and $800,000, 10% are between $799,999 and $600k, 20% are pending between $599k and $400,000, 18% are pending with a list price in the $300,000s, and 37% are pending under $300,000. 36% of the Steamboat pending real estate sales are single family homes, 46% are condo/townhomes, 8% are lot/land, 8% are commercial/industrial, and 2% are fraction pending sales.
