The Steamboat Springs BOR MLS reported Sunday, August 10, total pending sales dollar volume of $91,768,398 on 161 pending transactions. (Again, these numbers exclude the $18 million pending ranch sale.) The average pending price is $$569,999 and the median is $379,450. 9% of sales are pending for over $1 million, 2% are pending between $999,999 and $800,000, 13% are pending between $799,999 and $600k, 23% are between $599,999 and $400,000, 12% are pending in the $300,000 price point, and 40% are pending for under $300k.
